Using Your New Social Media Pages



Facebook
1. Visit Facebook.com and login using your information listed above.

2. Once logged in, you will see your name, profile picture and a dropdown arrow in the upper-right. Click the dropdown menu and select your company profile. You will now be using Facebook as your company.



3. To post a new update, look for the new status box under your profile picture and company information. This is where you can post company updates, photos, promotions or anything you fill fit.



4. To reply to a post, simply press “Comment” on the post you wish to respond to.

Twitter
1. Visit Twitter.com and login using your information listed above.

2. Upon logging in you will see 2 columns, one of which is labeled “Tweets” - these are all the tweets from the people your company follows.

3. To post a new update (they are called “Tweets”), look in the left column under your name and profile picture. This is where you will post any new updates for all of your followers to see. Remember though, Twitter has a 140 character limit for Tweets.



4. To see how people are interacting with your brand, click the “Connect” link in the top navigation.Once there, you will only see posts/Tweets mentioning your brand.



5. To reply to a Tweet from a customer, hover over the message until you see the “Reply” link.

Google+
1. Visit Plus.Google.com and login using your information listed above.

2. In the upper right hand corner you will see your name and profile picture. Click your photo and select your company profile from the drop down menu. You are now using Google+ as your company.

3. To post a new update, simple type your messgae into the “Share What¢s New Box” (pictured below).

4. To reply to a post, simply find the post and select “Add Comment”.
