We get to select an employee who has been outstanding this past month in their efforts to make our clients happy. This person has gone above and beyond in their position and is able to handle everything that is thrown at them. It was hard selection this month, as all our employees have been exceptional in offering service to our clients.

This month we want to shine a light on our graphic designer for the exceptional work she has done for our company. Particularly this past month, she has been working hard to make our clients happy, as well as working internally. All the graphics you see on our marketing tips, our blogs, and our holiday graphics all stem from the creative mind of Paulina. She works diligently to present our blog beautifully.

Give The Gift Of Less Emails

Friday, December 13th, 2013

Due to the number of holiday sales and events, the number of emails in one’s inbox increases. This time of year makes it easy for your email marketing newsletters to get lost in the sea of holiday shopping guides. There is no set way for making sure your email is the one they have time to read. However, besides an attention grabbing header, there is still a way to get more open and click through links in your marketing email. Email less often to save your possible one shot at getting open for an email that is impactful, meaningful, helpful, and noteworthy. Avoid emailing fluff to your readers because they may not open the next time around if they do not see the value in the email.

Tuesday, December 10th, 2013

With days like Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday for holiday specials, it can be difficult to compete with the big name companies on the deals you offer. Although those days are great at producing sales and offering discounts to your customers,  you may not get the most out of your sale as you would if you had your own sale day. Pick a day this holiday season where you can offer a just because holiday special that will bring in more customers. Create a sense of urgency by offering the sale for only one day.

Send A Christmas Card To Those Who Have Done Business With You This Year

Monday, December 9th, 2013

Today is National Christmas Card Day. What a better day to write out a handwritten note of thank you and holiday celebrations to those who have purchased your service or product this past year. Add a line or two about wanting to continue your relationship with them. You may even want to mention any upcoming new products or services for the new year. Include a magnet, a holiday photo, a calendar, or another small token of appreciation that they can use. If you want to save postage this year and reach those whose mailing address you do not have, then send out an e-card to your mailing list. Best wishes!

Wrap Up A Weekly Giveaway

Friday, December 6th, 2013

Offer your followers a way to get involved with you by giving away a weekly incentive for being a follower or for participating in a weekly questionnaire. You can also offer a giveaway to the client that gives you the best testimonial. If you are not sure you can give away a prize every week, then extend it to a monthly giveaway. There is no set rule to giving. We find that small useful giveaways with your company’s logo or information on it can be more impactful and fun, than a one time giveaway that will have a short amount of engagement and investment on your social media sites.
